hi,

Im trying to change recertifing users with a new Organization say from /old_org to /new_org:

I've registered one Organization 'new_org' and cross-certify with existing '/old_org'.

I am not able to recertify the /old_org users from /new_org certifier id. I followed these steps:
1. From Domino Administrator, select the person whom I want to recertify from /old_org to /new_org.
2. Click on Tools - People - Recertify option and a dialog box opens up for recertification.
3. I chose the /new_orgcertifier id and enter the password.
4. Result dialog box shows it has failed.

Can you give your valuable comments that where I am doing wrong.
